The school is committed to ensuring every student fulfils their potential.

We are looking for a motivated Sports Cover Supervisor to join the team for both short-term and long-term assignments, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, support positive behaviour management and draw on their sporting background to build strong relationships with students at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

Key attributes of the successful Sports Cover Supervisor include:

• Experience working with children or young people in educational, coaching or sporting settings
• A genuine passion for sport and encouraging positive engagement with learning
• Strong skills in behaviour and classroom management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in leading classes using pre-prepared materials
• A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach
