Salary: £100 - £120 per day

The school is looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor on a short-term basis, starting immediately. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, covering a variety of curriculum subjects including English, Maths, Science and Humanities, whilst maintaining positive behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• A relevant qualification or degree is desirable but not essential
• Experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar educational setting
• The confidence to supervise classes across a range of curriculum subjects
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to supporting student achievement
