TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of supportive secondary schools across Swansea that are looking to appoint dedicated Cover Supervisors. These schools are committed to creating a positive learning environment where staff are valued, supported by experienced leadership teams, and encouraged to help every student achieve their potential.

We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 in a variety of long-term, short-term, full-time, part-time and permanent roles. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, supporting students' learning and supervising lessons across a range of subjects to ensure learning continues in the absence of the class teacher.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students in a school setting
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-set lesson plans across different subjects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people's education
