Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100 - £150 per day

The school promotes high standards of achievement and behaviour, with a dedicated leadership team that values the contribution of every member of staff.
The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a full-time temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, ensuring students remain focused on the work set by teaching staff while maintaining excellent classroom management and a positive learning environment.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- Experience working with young people within a school or educational setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- A positive, proactive and adaptable attitude
- A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their potential
