Salary: £100 - £120 per day

TeacherActive are proud to be working with a number of welcoming Secondary Schools across the Ellesmere Port area. These schools are committed to providing a positive learning environment where high standards of behaviour, respect and achievement are encouraged, and they are looking for dedicated Cover Supervisors to support students across a variety of subjects.

The schools are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a day-to-day, long-term or permanent basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain excellent classroom management, implement behaviour management strategies effectively and ensure students remain engaged and focused throughout each lesson.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a secondary school
• Excellent behaviour management and the confidence to manage classes of students aged 11 to 16
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to keep students engaged and on task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups
• A proactive, positive and adaptable approach
