TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEND school in Wolverhampton that provides a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for Primary and Secondary aged pupils. The school is committed to delivering personalised learning and high-quality pastoral support, helping every student develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise pre-planned lessons across Primary and Secondary classes, supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD and Autism while maintaining a positive learning environment and encouraging pupils to achieve their individual potential.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a school environment
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons and managing classroom behaviour
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD and Autism is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, patient and resilient approach to supporting young people
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to school life
