Job Title: Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher
Location: Kidderminster
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £110 - £200 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Kidderminster to recruit dedicated Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers. The school provides a supportive and welcoming learning environment, where staff work collaboratively to encourage student engagement, positive behaviour and academic progress.
The school is looking to appoint enthusiastic Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers for flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities, with both part-time and full-time availability considered. The successful applicants will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, managing classroom behaviour effectively, supporting students with their learning and ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.
The successful Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher will have:
QTS / Qualified Teacher Status for Supply Teacher positions, or relevant classroom experience for Cover Supervisor roles
Experience working with secondary-aged students within a school environment
Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
A flexible, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working in different classroom environments
