Job Title: Criminology Lecturer

Salary: £25-£32 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Further Education College based in Leamington Spa, which is looking to appoint a Criminology Lecturer. The college is committed to providing a supportive learning environment where students can develop their knowledge, confidence and skills in preparation for further education or employment.
The college is looking to take on a dedicated Criminology Lecturer on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis, with an ASAP start and no confirmed end date. The successful Criminology Lecturer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students studying Criminology, potentially at Level 3, assessing progress and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The successful Criminology Lecturer will have:
A relevant degree in Criminology or a closely related subject
A recognised teaching qualification or relevant teaching experience within Further Education
Experience teaching Criminology or a related subject, ideally at Level 3
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
