The school provides a positive and ambitious learning environment, with high expectations for both pupils and staff and a strong focus on helping students achieve their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a DT Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful DT Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Design Technology lessons, maintaining high standards of behaviour and supporting students to develop their practical skills, creativity and subject knowledge.

The successful DT Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Design Technology specialism, with ECTs also welcomed to apply
• Experience teaching Design Technology within a UK Secondary School
• Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Strong subject knowledge and practical classroom skills
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
