Early Years Assistant

TeacherActive is proud to be working with private day nurseries across the LS28 area of Leeds who are looking for experienced Early Years Assistants. The settings provide welcoming and engaging environments where children are supported to learn, develop and build their confidence through age-appropriate activities.

The nurseries are looking to take on Early Years Assistants for short-term roles, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful Early Years Assistant will support children throughout the nursery day, helping with activities, routines and creating a safe and positive environment for learning and development.

The successful Early Years Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working within a school or nursery setting

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development

• A positive and proactive approach

• Good communication skills

• Adaptability and reliability
