Early Years Assistant

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming private day nurseries across the WF3 area who are looking to recruit dedicated Early Years Assistants. These nurseries provide nurturing, engaging environments where children are encouraged to learn through play, explore their surroundings and develop confidence from an early age.

The nurseries are looking to appoint Early Years Assistants for both full-time and part-time roles from September. The successful Early Years Assistant will support children aged 0-5, delivering engaging EYFS activities, promoting learning and development, maintaining a safe environment and working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality childcare.

The successful Early Years Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children aged 0-5 within an EYFS setting

• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility and a willingness to support across different nursery rooms when required
