Job Title: Early Years Educator
Location: Ossett
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £12 - £15 per hour

TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a fantastic private day nursery based in the Ossett area, dedicated to giving every child the best possible start in life! This warm and nurturing setting provides exceptional care alongside exciting, stimulating learning opportunities, encouraging children to explore, discover and develop essential cognitive, social and motor skills through the EYFS curriculum.
The nursery is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join their friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis, supporting children aged 6 months to 4 years. The successful Early Years Educator will play an important role in creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences, supporting children's individual development while bringing energy, creativity and a positive attitude to every day!
The successful Early Years Educator will have:
A minimum of six months’ experience working within a nursery or childcare setting
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
A willingness to undertake further training, including Safeguarding and EYFS development
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
A caring, patient and nurturing approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues
A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a love for making learning fun!
