TeacherActive is proudly recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in South East London, looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children, understands the importance of early childhood development and is passionate about creating a fun, safe and engaging learning environment.
✏️ The Role
Support children's learning and development within an Early Years setting.
Plan and deliver fun, creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Encourage children's independence, confidence and social skills.
Support pupils with a range of learning abilities and additional needs.
Work closely with class teachers and other practitioners to provide high-quality care and education.
Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe and monitor children's progress and development.
✅ What We're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (desirable).
Previous experience working within an EYFS, nursery or primary school setting.
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping young children learn, grow and thrive!
