The nurseries provide nurturing and stimulating environments where children are encouraged to learn through play, discovery and creativity. As an Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 and 3), you will support children through engaging activities, sensory experiences, outdoor learning, imaginative play and positive daily routines that promote their development and wellbeing. Working within different settings in Walthamstow will also allow you to strengthen your experience and find the environment where you feel most confident.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children build confidence, develop new skills and celebrate important milestones. You will work alongside supportive nursery teams that value enthusiasm, communication, teamwork and a genuine passion for giving every child the best possible start.

To be considered for this Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 and 3) position, you will need:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
• A minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
• Experience or exposure within an EYFS or nursery environment (preferred but not essential)
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring, patient, enthusiastic and positive approach
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred but not essential)
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one (preferred but not essential)
