English Teacher

The school is seeking a driven and passionate English Teacher to join on a long-term basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful English Teacher will teach English across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including GCSE English, delivering engaging lessons in line with the school’s schemes of learning.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs / NQTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4 / KS4 and GCSE level
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting and developing secondary school pupils
