Job Title: English Teacher

Salary: £160 - £232 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a highly regarded Grammar School in Sittingbourne to recruit an English Teacher. The school is committed to providing students with high quality teaching in an enriching environment, encouraging them to develop supportive and responsible relationships within the school and the wider community. The school is looking to appoint a full-time, long-term English Teacher starting in September. The successful English Teacher will teach English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high standards of classroom practice and supporting students to achieve their full academic potential while contributing to the wider life of the school.
The successful English Teacher will have:
- QTS with an English specialism
- Experience teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A passion for delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
