Job Title: Lead Exam Invigilator

Location: Exeter

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £14 - £17 per hour

Are you an experienced Exam Invigilator ready to take on a lead role during a busy exam period?

Do you have experience supporting students with scribing and reading during exams?

Do you have a DBS on the update service and a strong understanding of exam regulations?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of secondary schools across Exeter during the exam period. These schools are committed to maintaining a calm, organised, and fair examination environment where students are fully supported to achieve their best.

We are looking for a Lead Exam Invigilator on a short-term basis across May and June, overseeing exam sessions and supporting a team of invigilators. The successful Lead Exam Invigilator will ensure all exam procedures are followed, support students requiring access arrangements such as scribing and reading, and maintain a professional and compliant exam environment.

The successful Lead Exam Invigilator will have:

• Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator, ideally in a lead or senior capacity
• Experience supporting students with scribing and reading
• Strong knowledge of exam regulations and procedures
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• A professional, punctual, and reliable approach
• A valid DBS on the update service
