Having partnered closely with this fantastic school for over three years, we’re proud to support their continued growth—and now they’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become a valued part of their team.

About the Role

Starting in September 2026, this is a full-time position within the school’s Pre-School setting. You’ll play a key role in supporting early learning and development, including:

• Working closely with a group of key children, nurturing their progress and wellbeing
• Supporting engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Helping to create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

There is also strong potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and heart to the role:

• At least 6 months’ experience in an EYFS setting
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong initiative
• A kind, caring nature and genuine passion for supporting young children
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
