TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in Newport that is looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The school offers a supportive environment and is passionate about inclusivity, ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to recruit a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant from September. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the Primary phase, deliver small group interventions, provide one-to-one support where required and help create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- UK classroom experience within a Primary School
- Previous classroom experience supporting children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
