Role Overview
We are seeking a General Secondary Teacher to commence in September 2026. This role involves covering both planned and unplanned staff absences across multiple subjects. It is ideal for educators who thrive on variety, can quickly establish positive relationships with students and colleagues, and are confident delivering pre-prepared lessons while maintaining excellent classroom management.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK mainstream secondary schools
- Exceptional classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt swiftly to different subjects and school settings
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
