Job Title: German Teacher
Location: Derby
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £175 - £240 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with City of Derby Academy in Derby, who are looking to appoint a German Teacher. This is a challenging school environment and would suit a confident and enthusiastic teacher who is keen to get involved, build positive relationships with students and use their classroom management experience effectively.
The school is looking to take on a German Teacher on a full-time basis from an immediate start until Christmas, with a view to the position becoming permanent for the right German Teacher. The successful German Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging German lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively and supporting students to make progress within MFL.
The successful German Teacher will have:
• QTS with a German or MFL specialism
• Experience teaching German within a UK secondary school
• Strong classroom management skills
• Good knowledge of the secondary MFL curriculum
• The ability to engage and motivate students
• A positive and proactive approach to getting involved in school life
