The Headteacher is looking to appoint a driven History Teacher on a long-term temporary basis. The successful History Teacher will teach across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including preparing pupils for their GCSE examinations. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, follow the school’s schemes of learning and assess pupil progress to help students achieve their full potential.
The successful History Teacher will have:
QTS with a History / Humanities specialism
Experience teaching History up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
Excellent classroom management
Strong communication skills
Great organisational and lesson-planning skills
