TeacherActive is delighted to partner with a large, diverse secondary school in the heart of RCT to appoint a committed Humanities Teacher. The school is looking to appoint a Humanities Teacher on a long-term basis from June. The successful candidate will teach Humanities across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with opportunities to support GCSE and A-Level students. This role requires strong subject knowledge, exceptional classroom management skills, and the ability to engage learners of varying abilities effectively.

The successful Humanities Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Humanities
• Experience teaching Humanities up to Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 experience preferred
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A passion for delivering engaging, inspiring Humanities lessons
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• A proactive, adaptable approach to teaching and professional development
