Salary: £100 - £110 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Alternative Provision in Bradford that is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students who require additional behavioural and pastoral support. The setting promotes positive relationships, resilience and individual achievement, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to succeed.

The school is looking to appoint an Inclusion Worker on either a short-term or long-term basis, starting in September. The successful Inclusion Worker will work closely with students who require behaviour support, helping to improve engagement, encourage positive behaviour and provide consistent support throughout the school day.

The successful Inclusion Worker will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs
• A calm, patient and resilient approach to behaviour management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a wider pastoral team
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Flexibility and adaptability within a school environment
