The school is looking to appoint a full-time Learning Support Assistant on a long-term basis from September 2026. The successful Learning Support Assistant will provide dedicated support to children with additional learning needs, including pupils who are non-verbal and those with Autism / ASD, working closely with the class teacher to promote engagement, independence and positive learning outcomes.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with additional learning needs (ALN) is essential
• Experience working with non-verbal pupils and children with Autism / ASD
• Previous experience within a Primary School or educational setting
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach to supporting children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping every child achieve their full potential
