Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Assistant

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a nursery based in Cardiff in their search for a Level 3 Nursery Assistant. The nursery is looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where babies and toddlers can learn, grow and thrive.
The nursery is looking to take on a qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week with an ASAP start. The successful Level 3 Nursery Assistant will work within the baby and toddler room, supporting children's daily routines, planning engaging age-appropriate activities and promoting their physical, emotional and social development.
The successful Level 3 Nursery Assistant will have:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Experience working with babies and toddlers within a nursery or early years setting
The ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for early years education
