The school promotes an inclusive and supportive culture where children are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from November, supporting pupils across the primary age range. The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside class teachers to support learning, provide individual and small-group assistance, help manage classroom activities and encourage positive behaviour and engagement.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
• Experience supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient and positive approach
• The ability to adapt to different pupils and year groups
