TeacherActive is proud to be working with a school setting in Starcross that is looking to appoint a reliable Lunch Time Supervisor. The setting is looking for someone who can create a safe and positive lunchtime environment for its pupils while supporting the wider school team.

The successful Lunch Time Supervisor will work on a long-term basis, 5 days a week, supervising pupils throughout the lunchtime period. The Lunch Time Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring behaviour, supporting pupils during lunch and play, and ensuring the school's expectations around safety and behaviour are maintained.

The successful Lunch Time Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable
• A confident approach to supervising groups of pupils
• Good communication skills
• The ability to promote positive behaviour
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• A caring, patient and approachable attitude
