The Role

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary age range
• Inspire pupils to develop confidence and enjoyment in Mathematics
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment
• Monitor pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
• Encourage high expectations and a strong culture of learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil achievement

What We're Looking For

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (NQT's welcome!)
✅ Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
✅ Previous experience teaching Maths at secondary level
✅ Excellent classroom management skills
✅ Ability to engage and motivate pupils of different abilities
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Passionate, reliable and adaptable approach
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
