Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Swindon
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £150 - £230 per day

Can you inspire and engage students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 through creative and adaptable teaching methods?

The school provides a supportive environment where students are encouraged to reset, rebuild and restart their educational journey, developing the skills and confidence needed to achieve successful futures.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated Maths Teacher on a long-term basis, teaching students across KS3 and KS4 with SEND / SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages progress and achievement.
The successful Maths Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status / QTS with a Maths specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Experience teaching Maths across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
Experience supporting students with SEND / SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
The ability to differentiate lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
A patient, resilient and adaptable approach with a genuine passion for supporting young people
