TeacherActive is proud to be working with a warm and welcoming family-feel nursery in Leeds. The setting offers a caring and supportive environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, with a fantastic large outdoor area that promotes exploration, creativity and development.

The nursery is looking to appoint a part-time Nursery Assistant to join their friendly team with an Immediate Start. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children throughout their daily routines, taking part in story time, singing songs, creative activities and outdoor learning while helping to create a safe, happy and engaging environment.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2 Childcare qualification desirable
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable and flexible attitude
