Job Title: Nursery Assistant

Salary: £12.17 - £15.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a beautiful 80-place private day nursery in a stunning location in Hull. This welcoming setting provides an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Assistant to support children in a positive and engaging early years environment.
The nursery is looking to take on a dedicated Nursery Assistant to provide day-to-day cover, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children with their daily routines, learning and development, while helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS framework.
The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years desirable but not essential
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS framework
A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A flexible, reliable and positive 'can-do' attitude
