TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a large national nursery provider to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Unqualified Nursery Assistant in Portishead. The setting provides a busy and welcoming Early Years environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop their confidence and reach their full potential.
We are looking to recruit an Nursery Assistant for flexible day-to-day cover, supporting children across different nursery rooms and age groups. With the opportunites to be placed into a long term position. The successful Unqualified Nursery Assistant will assist qualified practitioners with daily routines, play-based learning, engaging activities and supporting children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS.
The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
Previous experience working with children
An interest in the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
Confidence supporting children with play, learning and daily routines
A DBS on the update service, or be willing to purchase one
A caring, enthusiastic and reliable attitude
