TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of private day nurseries, Flying Start and Cylch Meithrin settings across Cross Hands and the surrounding areas within Carmarthenshire. These welcoming Early Years settings are committed to providing safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children can thrive through play-based learning and high-quality care.

We are looking for dedicated Nursery Assistants to work across a mixture of short-term and long-term assignments. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children throughout the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), assisting with daily routines, learning activities and creating a positive environment where every child can flourish.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable
• Experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different settings
