We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants and Early Years Practitioners to work in welcoming nurseries and early years settings across Pembrokeshire.

Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term role, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be helping children learn, play and develop in a safe, nurturing environment by:

• Supporting children's learning and wellbeing
• Taking part in fun, age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging confidence, independence and social development
• Working closely with nursery staff and parents
• Helping to create a positive and engaging setting for every child

What You'll Need

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, positive and reliable approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development
