Nursery Assistant

Location: Hinkley - Leicestershire
Days: Full-Time 5 days PW
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term opportunity

TeacherActive is working with a lovely, welcoming nursery looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a short-term basis.

You'll be supporting little learners from 6 weeks to 4 years old, helping to create a fun, safe and nurturing environment where every child can learn, explore and grow.

No two days will look the same – you could be building towers, getting creative with messy play, singing nursery rhymes, reading stories or celebrating those all-important first milestones!

What you'll be getting up to:

• Creating fun and engaging activities

• Supporting learning and development through play

• Helping with mealtimes, routines and personal care

• Building lovely relationships with children and parents

• Working alongside a friendly nursery team

• Creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a Level 2/3 Childcare qualification

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS

• Are caring, patient and enthusiastic

• Love getting involved and using your imagination

• Have great communication and teamwork skills

• Most importantly – genuinely enjoy helping little ones thrive!
