Are you an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle?

TeacherActive is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bank Nursery Practitioners to provide cover across a range of welcoming nurseries and Early Years settings throughout Warwick and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for 1–2 days a week, full-time hours or complete flexibility, bank work gives you the freedom to choose when you work while gaining experience across different settings.

The role will include:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 years

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment

• Supporting children's learning and development through play

• Helping with feeding, changing and personal care where required

• Following safeguarding and nursery policies

• Working alongside permanent nursery staff to ensure a smooth day

✅ We’re looking for:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential

• Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting

• A caring, positive and reliable approach

• Good knowledge of safeguarding and the EYFS

• Flexibility to work across different nursery settings
