TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely medium-sized nursery in Cwmbran that is seeking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Manager. This welcoming nursery provides a nurturing environment for children aged 0-4 years and is committed to creating a positive, supportive atmosphere where children can learn, develop and thrive.
The nursery is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Nursery Manager to work alongside an existing manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery and supporting the staff team to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences. The successful Nursery Manager will play a key role in maintaining excellent standards, ensuring compliance and helping to create a safe, engaging environment for all children.
The successful Nursery Manager will have:
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Manager or in a senior nursery leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting children and staff
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education
