Job Title: Nursery Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a privately owned nursery based in Maidstone, who are looking to appoint an experienced Nursery Manager. The setting is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual who can provide strong leadership and maintain a safe, positive and engaging environment for children and staff.
The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Manager on a full-time, permanent basis with an immediate start available. The successful Nursery Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, including staff management, safeguarding, EYFS curriculum delivery and ensuring the setting operates in line with Ofsted requirements and relevant early years legislation.
The successful Nursery Manager will have:
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years Education
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and safeguarding requirements
Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership position within an early years setting
Experience managing nursery staff, maintaining standards and overseeing daily operations
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
A positive, proactive and 'can-do' attitude with a passion for early childhood development

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
