Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established nursery setting in Holmes Chapel, where curiosity, creativity and learning go hand in hand. This welcoming and nurturing nursery provides a positive environment where children aged 0-5 are encouraged to explore the world around them, build confidence and develop through play.
The nursery is looking to welcome a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis, with an Immediate Start available. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the nursery, following the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS framework, creating fun and engaging learning experiences, encouraging independence and ensuring every child feels safe, happy and supported.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate
Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or Early Years setting
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS framework
A creative, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning and development
Excellent communication skills, reliability and the flexibility to work effectively as part of a team
In return for the above you can expect to receive:
A competitive hourly rate of £14.25 - £18.00
