TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private nursery based in Stockport that is looking to welcome an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to their team. The setting provides a nurturing environment where children are supported to learn, develop and build confidence through engaging age-appropriate activities.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a full-time, long-term basis, working 8am-5pm each day. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the Baby, Toddler and Preschool rooms, helping with daily routines, learning activities and creating a safe and positive environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Experience supporting babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring, patient and positive approach
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
