What we're looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualifications are desirable
• Previous nursery or early years experience
• A genuine passion for working with children
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Candidates who are flexible and available to work across Essex
