We are looking for individuals who are passionate about children's learning and development, understand the importance of early years education and can bring a positive, caring and professional approach into a nursery environment.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We welcome applications from candidates holding relevant Early Years and Childcare qualifications, including:

• Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioners.

• Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Educators.

• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualifications.

• NCFE Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications.

• Other recognised and relevant Early Years qualifications.

Candidates currently working towards a recognised childcare qualification may also be considered, depending on their experience and the requirements of the setting.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Supporting children's learning, development and everyday activities.

• Planning and delivering engaging play-based activities.

• Creating a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.

• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.

• Assisting with daily routines, including meals, toileting and rest periods.

• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

• Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a high standard of care.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, or currently working towards one.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's development.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.

• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
