TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established private day nursery in the Altrincham area, providing a warm and stimulating environment for children from babies through to preschool age. The Ofsted rated ‘Good’ setting benefits from bright and spacious rooms, engaging learning areas and excellent outdoor facilities designed to encourage exploration, independence and development.

The nursery is looking to take on a qualified Nursery Practitioner on a permanent, full-time basis, working 35 hours per week from November 2026. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children throughout their daily learning, play and care routines, deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS and work closely with the wider nursery team to provide consistently high standards of care.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• A minimum of 3 months’ experience working within a UK nursery
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to supporting children’s individual development and wellbeing
