Early Years Practitioner – Level 2 / Level 3

TeacherActive is currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in the Great Baddow area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a qualified Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.

If you are an Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare and are looking for your next permanent role, we'd love to hear from you.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring and reliable approach to working within an Early Years setting

This Early Years Practitioner position offers flexible working hours within the nursery's operating hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance while working in a permanent, full-time role.

As your dedicated Early Years Consultant, I will personally guide you through the recruitment process. This begins with a registration meeting, where we'll discuss your experience, career goals and the role in more detail. Following a successful registration, I will arrange your interview directly with the nursery, making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
