TeacherActive is proud to be working with a friendly nursery in York that is looking to welcome a Nursery Practitioner to its team. The setting offers a supportive working environment and has its own training academy, providing opportunities for continued learning and development.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a part-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children within the setting, helping to provide a safe, engaging and positive environment while supporting their learning, development and day-to-day care.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• Experience working with children within an Early Years setting
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
