TeacherActive is proud to be working with a warm and welcoming private nursery in Maidstone that is looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. The nursery has a dedicated team of long-standing staff who work collaboratively to support one another and warmly welcome new team members, while also offering regular social events and an excellent package of staff wellbeing benefits.
The nursery is looking to appoint a full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be based within the baby room, providing high-quality care and learning experiences, following the EYFS framework and working closely with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for every child.
This role will be long-term with a view to becoming permanent.
The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will have:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Experience working with babies within an Early Years setting
- A nurturing, caring and patient approach to supporting children's development
- The ability to work effectively as part of a vibrant and supportive team
- Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene or other relevant childcare qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
