Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £14.25 - £15.50 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream nursery setting in Sheffield in their search for a Nursery Practitioner. The setting provides a welcoming environment for young children, with opportunities for the successful Nursery Practitioner to gain experience across different age groups.
The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available starting ASAP. The successful Nursery Practitioner will primarily support children aged 2 - 4 years, with opportunities to work within the baby room, helping to provide a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Experience working with children within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring and nurturing approach to supporting young children
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Adaptability and the ability to work across different nursery rooms
