Salary: £13.69-16.39 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are currently recruiting for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Hull. This role offers the chance to work within a vibrant Early Years setting, supporting children to achieve their milestones and providing high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

• Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development through play and structured activities

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and health & safety standards are consistently upheld

• Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments to support children’s progress

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)

• Have previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting

• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Be creative, caring, and committed to providing the best possible outcomes for children

• Show a professional and proactive approach to all aspects of nursery life
