Nursery Practitioner

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of private day nurseries across Leeds, offering warm and welcoming environments for children aged 0–5. These settings focus on creating safe, engaging spaces where children can explore, learn and develop through play, supported by caring and dedicated staff teams.

The nurseries are looking to take on full-time Nursery Practitioners on a long-term basis starting in September. The successful Nursery Practitioners will be expected to support across rooms, deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework, and contribute to a positive and structured learning environment while meeting the individual needs of each child.

The successful Nursery Practitioners will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and nurturing approach
